Printer is Not Printing and/or is Not Online

When the printer is showing up on your device but is listed as offline, this normally is an issue with the printer. Check the following items and then if there is still an issue, submit a support ticket.

1. Make sure the printer is on and not in an idle mode. Idle mode is when the screen is no on but the printer is currently running.
2. Make sure there is the proper paper and toner in the printer. If the printer is out of resources than it will not allow the user to print sometimes.
3. Check the job status log on the printer, see if your print job is being help up in there. You may also need to enter your print code associated with that job.
4. Disconnect your Ethernet connection and reconnect to the network. This will reset the connection and potentially clear any issues.
5. Restart your device.

If none of these issues fixed the printer issue, submit a support ticket.
