Front Door Bell/ Phone is not Working

If the doorbell video or voice capabilities are not working please perform the following steps.

You will need a thin device to pry the grey cover panel off and a #10 Torx bit screw driver.

  1. Remove the grey front panel of the doorbell by prying the two tabs on the bottom let and right of the panel
  2. Unscrew the bottom Torx screw until loose.
  3. Pull the camera housing straight out until the cables and hardware are visible.
  4. Unplug the Ethernet cable connected to the camera. Note: Don't let the Ethernet cable fall into the wall
  5. Once unplugged wait about 30 seconds and then plug the camera back in with the Ethernet cable.
  6. Snap the camera housing back into the wall mount making sure the Ethernet cable is tucked inside and the Torx screw lines up with its socket.
  7. Replace the grey front panel by first aligning the top edge with the camera housing and then snapping the bottom two pins back in place.
  8. once the camera has its green light on the top right, test the cameras functions and verify a connection with the receptionists and nurse station.
If these steps did not fix the issue then contact IT for further information on the issue and let them know you have completed these steps.
