My phone screen says LOCKED, what do I do

A locked screen indicates that the user has logged out of the phone. In order to login, press the hotdesk button on the phone and enter the pin to login to the phone. If you do not remember your pin, please submit a ticket for your phone pin to be reset. Upon reset, you will receive a email with instruction to login online to reset your pin and if needed you can reset the pin to the voicemail for this extension. Upon resetting the pin, follow the instructions to hotdesk into the physical phone using the instructions above. Please watch this video to hotdesk login
