Sorry your having issues with this. There are a few things you can try.

1. Try clearing your cache within you browser. To do this within chrome, follow the instruction on the attached PDF on pages 2-3. If you're using a different browser they are also listed within this document.

2. If that doesn't work. Try clocking in and out within Incognito mode in Google Chrome. The instruction on how to do this is also located on the second PDF attached to this ticket.

If neither of these work, let me know and we will go from there.
